| Do you deliver and set up? |
| Absolutely! Our courteous drivers will deliver and set up each bounce house and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. |
| What kind of power is required? |
| Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. |
| What type of surface can the bounce house be placed on? |
| The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event. |
| How much room do I need to set up a bounce house? |
| You should have a clear area that is 15'x15' with a vertical clearance of 15'-22'. When you call to reserve your bounce house, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular bouncer you will be renting. |
| Are bounce houses safe? |
| Yes. Our bounce houses are constructed to be as safe as possible. Each bounce house comes with a safety front step, and 18 inch stake tie downs. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the bounce house. All of our bounce houses are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for greater visibility and air circulation. |

| What are the bounce house rules? |
Adult supervision is required at all times. No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, or drinks. No climbing on the walls or netting. No flipping, somersaults, wrestling, or fighting. No SILLY STRING! Allow only the same size kids to bounce at a time. |
| Is there a deposit required to reserve a bounce house? |
| Yes, a deposit of 25% or $25, whichever amount is greater, is due when you reserve your rental. We need to know the date, time & location of your event as well as the bounce house theme you prefer. We except deposits in the form of cash, check or money order. On the day of the party, before we set up, the balance is do. Bounce houses are reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. Popular bouncers book up 1-2 months in advance. The earlier you book, the more choices you have to choose from. If you have a date, please reserve early. |
| How do I reserve my bounce house? |

| What is your weather policy? |
| Your child's safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses. Any cancellation due to weather conditions (rain or high winds), your deposit can be used towards a future rental within 180 days. |
| What if I have to cancel? |
| If your rental cancellation is received 10 days prior to your rental date, your deposit is fully refundable. If the cancellation is received 3 days prior to the rental or on the rental date due to weather conditions (rain or high winds), the deposit can be used towards a future rental within 180 days. |
| Is sales tax included in the price? |
| No, due to the differences in the tax rates of the areas we serve, sales tax will be calculated when you reserve your unit. |
| Can you set up on any surface? |
| Yes, our units can be set up on grass or concrete. Please note the area must be free of rocks, sticks and other sharp objects. Please let us know what surface you would like the unit set up on when booking, this way we can have the proper anchors available. |
| What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce house? |
| A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment. |
